Announcement by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Adjusting Additional Tariff Measures for Imports Originating from the United States

Starting from 12:01 on August 12, 2025, the additional tariff measures specified in the Announcement of the Tariff Policy Commission of the State Council on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Imported Goods Originating from the United States (Announcement No. 4 of 2025 of the Tariff Commission) will be adjusted. The additional tariff rate of 24% on goods from the United States will continue to be suspended for 90 days, while the additional tariff rate of 10% on goods from the United States will remain in effect.
