从中国标准出版社获悉，从2009年3月1日起，又有310项国家标准开始实施。在新实施的标准中，与淀粉相关的标准多达15项，都是检测方法标准，包括白度、斑点、灰分、氮含量、二氧化硫含量、磷总含量、硫酸化灰分、氯化物含量、酸度、水分、淀粉水解产品含水量测定、细度、粘度、总脂肪。
