为进一步做好秋粮收购工作，稳定粮食市场价格，保护种粮农民利益，国家发展改革委、国家粮食局、财政部、中国农业发展银行近日联合下发通知，在前期已经下达１６５０万吨国家储备和临时存储粮食收购计划的基础上，再增加国家临时存储粮食收购计划１４００万吨，其中稻谷７５０万吨、玉米５００万吨、大豆１５０万吨。
据悉，国家临时存储粮食收购价格仍按前期确定的标准执行。国家有关部门将根据收购进度和市场情况，及时下达后续批次的收购计划，确保农民售粮需要。通知同时明确，国家收购的临时存储粮食，今后将坚持顺价销售的原则，在粮食批发市场公开竞价销售。
