越《海关报》10月1日报道，2013年前9个月，越南出口964.6亿美元，进口965.8亿美元，同比增长15.5%，贸易逆差1.24亿美元。越工贸部称，亚洲仍是越南最大的进口市场，占越南进口总额的80.6%，其中东盟占16%，东亚占59.7%，中国占27.5%。越海关总局数据显示，前8个月，越南自华进口149.2亿美元。
越南出口的7类主要农产品中，有4类农产品出口量下降，其中，木薯下降28.7%，咖啡下降22.5%，大米下降12.3%，茶叶下降2.8%。
