本网讯（通讯员 韦宾）：据2月10日来自云南红河州等地的综合消息，由于无法准确估算地存的鲜薯存量（特定的地理和环境造成估测困难）和确定实际可生产的时长，故为避免开“空车”或放“空炮”，造成不必要的损失，云南各地的多数淀粉工厂（以红河州为主），至今还在小心观望，在开与不开之间犹豫不决和进退维谷。
另悉，节后云南淀粉工厂的复产情况不尽人意，至今仅约3成。
