防治方法：1、收获后的块茎不要在田间过夜，以防块茎蛾在块茎上产卵。2、焚烧田间植株茎秆和田间杂草，防止潜入的害虫继续存活。3、避免马铃薯与烟草邻作和间作，早期人工剔除有虫苗，摘除虫叶。4、入窖前彻底清洁窖库，并喷药除虫。按每平方米1毫升敌敌畏熏蒸，以便消灭成虫，挑选无虫薯入窖，并防止成虫飞入产卵。5、严格进行检疫，杜绝有块茎蛾危害地区的种薯外运。
