按照国家质检总局《关于开展淀粉产品专项检查的紧急通知》要求，省质监局自1月20日至2月3日，在全省范围内对淀粉生产加工企业开展了专项检查检验，共出动执法人员820余人次，共检查淀粉生产加工企业77家，抽取样品43个批次。
此次检查对马铃薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉等生产企业以买样的方式进行抽样检验，同时对发现产品二氧化硫、重金属超标的企业检查进货台账，食品添加剂使用记录，并依法处罚掺杂使假企业。
